See our Brand and Values Outbound NTB sales & activation (alliances, lists, online leads) Engage NTB mass market clients via leads sourced from Alliances, Targeted lists Initial primary focus on anchor products in respective job role, gradually broadening to full range of retail products Activate NTB clients, and set up and educate clients on remote channel usage i.

e., online, Client Centre, ATM Activities (role in clients journey) 1.

  • Prepare & set up (remote) Receive leads from leads management system NTB from Alliances, Online / Personal Client Centre;
  • ETB from internal triggers for renewals, top-ups and extensions Conduct research and preparation on client lead, and pre-

    send product bundles description and bank proposition Collect all documents (digital) required for account opening and pre-fill forms 2.

    Meet, deep sell & train (in person) Meet in person (ensure Priority Banking Team joins if high value client) Listen and determine further needs Acquire clients with anchor products Set up KYC needs with KYC centre Educate and conduct initial set up for online, ATMs, Client Centre, and Store 3.

    Activate and pass on (remote) Activate as per plan Prepare and pass on Client into interacting with the bank via Online, Client Centre, Store and possibly Priority Banking Team if high value client Compliance :

    Ensuring compliance with Group Policy and Standards, local laws and regulations, controls and procedures of the Bank and regulatory requirements pertaining to Money Laundering and CDD.

    Participating in and / or support the Bank's effort in combating money-laundering activities.

    Exercising due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering and CDD in the day to day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicions, customer communication, implementing new requirements, updating and revising operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training, provide support to superior and subordinates.

    Must follow the Bank's Code of Conduct.
