Job Description

  • Responsible for managing and directing all activities related to human resource policies and processes including recruitment;
  • compensation & benefits, rewarding and human resource management; organizational development and strategic planning of personnel;
  • training and developing human resources aiming to realize the business strategy of the whole system through maximizing the effective use of human resources and human resource management;
  • Report and advise the Companys Board of Directors on issues related to administration and human resource development;
  • Talent Acquisition :
  • Management of the Recruitment team responsible for the allocation of work, personal development, and performance of the individual team members.
  • Managing the processes, procedures, and administration of the recruitment function to meet budgetary requirements;
  • Manage the relationship with all outlets ensuring that the recruitment is constantly aligned with business requirements;
  • Develop a system to evaluate work performance;
  • Compensation & Benefit Management :
  • Manage, administer and review compensation, benefits policies, and programs to achieve external competitiveness as well as maintain internal equity;
  • Analyze and translate compensation and benefits data into company strategy;
  • Manage company-wide annual performance and salary review;
  • Manage salary surveys and conduct a competitive market analysis of total compensation and benefits practices;
  • Review and propose C&B policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Requirements

  • 7+ years of working experience
  • Knowledge related to the Labor Law, the Law on Social Insurance, the Law on Personal Income Tax;
  • Conflict resolving and explanation skills;
  • Leadership skills, mature thinking, and the ability to make decisions. Managerial skills;
  • Solid knowledge of KPI setting and measurement; performance management system;
  • Experience in job evaluation, building competitive compensation and benefits structure, HR policies and procedures best practices;
  • Good English skills.
