Take care of applications and candidates paper screen;
Keep candidates database updated;
Handle job advertisements of all kinds;
Interview office staff and general workers;
Arrange logistics for recruitment activities including interview appointment, CV screening, probation interview etc ;
Support other team projects as Career Fair, etc ;
Conduct the recruitment process to ensure timely filling of general workers;
Monitor the probation period of new staff and ensure that necessary reviews on their performance are done by relative Department Managers;
Follow up personal files, job grading & job description;
Check and follow-up manpower changes of each Department and the whole company;
Responsible for the proper maintenance of all employees’ files;
Maintain and upkeep all leave records of employee to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared;
Ensure that induction and orientation for new employees are properly carried out;
Follow up the administration process of social insurance & health insurance for local staff, maintaining good working relationship with all local Authorities involved in labor relations;
Other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time / by the HR. Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
University graduate, major in HR or relevant field
Having at least 3 years working experience in Mass / Non- Mass recruitment
Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
Human Relation Skills (Internal / External).
