Job Description

1.Be responsible for the sales performance of the assigned areas :

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve monthly / quarterly / yearly sales target and all activities of revenue generation, to ensure continual aggressive Banca growth
  • Timely update to opportunity funnel and weekly forecast update and ongoing development of sales revenues in assigned areas
  • Monitor sales growth and new opportunities within assigned areas
  • Establish a collaborative business relationship between MAP-life and (local) branches / region and their staffs to consistently execute and exceed business goals, while holding them accountable
  • Develop and maintain executive level relationships to help drive sales activities consumers
  • Create consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how MAP’s products can be saleable to connect with bank’s consumers
  • Conduct and deliver sales presentations, sales skill training, operation and new products for sales force
  • Be responsible for proposing and implementing sales support programs for bank’s branches at assigned areas.
  • 2.Manage, train and push bank sales force to achieve sales target :

  • Coach Bank’s staff in effective sales strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning
  • Identify improvement in all areas of productivity, process and efficiency
  • Conducts regular coaching and counselling with bank staffs to build motivation and selling skills
  • 3.Other tasks as assigned by National Sales Manager (Bancassurance Channel) :

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed the annual financial / budget goals for the region
  • Coordinate with other departments within the Company to handle the customer complaints (if any)
  • Partially participate in the assigned activities of the department, including marketing (market survey, communication, product packaging, presentation brochure, ), customer service.
  • Job Requirements

  • University degree majoring in economic, finance, banking
  • At least 3-5 years working experience in bancassurance exclusive or banking sector. At least 1 year experience working at Team Leader / Supervisor level
  • Good knowledge of banking / finance and insurance
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills;
  • Dynamic, rigorous, proactive and highly committed in the fast and strategic implementation of a growing business.
