Job Descriptions :

Provide on-job training to the sales team

Motivate the sales team to achieve sales target and monitor the sales result of the team

Weekly reporting to the Marketing manager

Customer support and maintain a good relationship with new, potential and existing customers.

Collect potential customer information, understand and analyse customer demand.

Always seek for new market opportunities to develop the market.

Communicate with customers over the phone by delivering product and company messages

Conduct market research to collect more information about market trends, customer requirements,and habits.

Response quickly and effectively to all sales enquires and follow up diligently with those enquiries.

Liaise and work with sales and marketing team in all sales and marketing activities.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English is a must

At least 5 years of sales experience in related field is a must

Sales experience in online platform such as mobile application is highly preferred

Good leadership skill or possess prior team lead experience

Solution-orientated approach and strong communication skills

High motivated on bringing in sales, achieve sales KPI and able to work with team members acrossdifferent levels of the organization

Have wide connection with brands is an added advantage

Able to work effectively under pressure
