Job Description
Our client is a leading bank in Asia who is looking for a potential candidate to join their firm :
Setup of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), scenario evaluation, and performance ratios
Track / manage financial budget and projection cycles
Support the bank on performance measurement and analysis of financial outcomes in an accurate / timely way
Analysis of company profitability factors
Monitoring of cost pools, allocation methodology, and cost drivers
Cost management assistance, including optimisation, governance, and return on investments
Prepare a presentation for internal / external stakeholders and communicate with them.
Keep an eye on and assess the banks capital levels.
On a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, maintain capital policies and generate capital dashboards / forecasts.
Oversee the banks stress tests on earnings and capital situations, as well as capital templates.
Manage ad hoc restructuring and capital-related transactional initiatives.
Remain current on regulatory, legal, and accounting developments so that you may contribute to capital strategies and efforts.
Requirements
A bachelors degree in business or accounting and at least ten years of relevant job experience in a financial institution are required.
Understanding of the banks capital structure and the Cir 13 regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and communication abilities, as well as the ability to engage with senior stakeholders under pressure, are required.
Strong persuasion and people management abilities
Strong MIS reporting skills with advanced knowledge in excel, access and powerpoint
Requirements
