The Role Summary
Manage team to ensure flawless 4P from planning to execution
Drive added revenue stream from principal, manage portfolio to achieve optimal margin and sales turn over for assigned categories.
Manage relationship and JBP with Tier 2-3 principals to grow the category in gro247
1. Category 4Ps strategy and execution
Work with principal for assortment, price, promotion planning and execution for category to grow platform and category
Manage process and people, agencies (CX hub) and for a flawless execution of 4P onsite / offsite.
Develop internal process to constantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of cat mgmt. team
2. Category Sales and Profit
Work with sales team to ensure category monthly GMV, Share of wallet
Drive added value stream from principal / suppliers
Define stock policy, activity & demand planning to ensure optimal stock level.
Work with SC team to make sure OLA and avoid stock aging.
Work with finance team to make sure AP process & execution, avoid impacting to business
3. Manage relationship with Tier 2 Principal
Lead Negotiation, and re-negotiation annually with principals
Develop and manage top to top relationship wit Tier 2 / 3 principals
Develop JBP with principal on a regular basis Deliverables
