Oversee the department and involve in every aspect of HR from strategic to operational issues including departmental operation process improvement
Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting, perform recruitment, selection and retention
Payroll management coves monthly payroll, annual bonus and yearly appraisal exercise
Ensure adherence to Labor Law and other related legislations
Provide counsel to management regarding employee relations’ issue to derive and implement solutions
Ensure all employees comply to Company’s policies and procedures and occupational health & safety rules
Ensure employees are treated fairly and equally without prejudice or discrimination
Formulate and review HR policies and procedures
Develop, implement and review training and development programmes and activities to enhance competencies and capabilities of employees
Organize Company’s Social Responsibility (CSR) activities
Full function of office administrative management
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Skills : - Degree with at least 6 years of relevant Human Human Resources experience which at least 3 years were spent at a managerial level preferably from manufacturing environment.
Experience in fair work, occupational health & safety requirement and audit is an advantage.
Good knowledge in relevant legislations such as Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Social, Health and Unemployment Insurances regulations.
Effective communication and presentation skills and good interpersonal skills to work with all organizational levels.
Has ability to liaise with Authority and vendors.
Proficient in both written and spoken in Vietnamese Language and English.
Creative, dynamic and team player with business acumen and passion for company business growth.
