YEARLY PLAN :

Create yearly NSO and maintenance plan (locations, construction and maintenance budget)

Process :

Review and develop detailed process of store construction and maintenance

Store location : - Update NSO and renewal plan every month including store performance evaluation, % ROIC, locations database from Expansion team, adjustments or changes from Landlord

Store construction : Coordinate related parties as Principle Project Planning team, Landlord Construction Management team, Expansion team, Country Manager to acquire the store design on timeControl store construction budgetUpdate / Deploy construction issues for related parties on time to avoid progress delaysHandover the works for store team properlySupervise the defects verification worksCheck material and labor unit price to ensure project cost is within budget.

Search and use new equipment / materials to save cost and increase durability.Set up in-house ME team to ensure store ME system executed timely, effectively and costly

Store maintenance : Supervise store maintenance weeklyCheck the maintenance works done at stores every monthSearch and use new equipment / materials to save maintenance cost and increase durability.

University of Civil Engineer is preferred.

3 - 4 years working in same position, especially in retail industry

Drawing interpretation

Project Management

Structure and material knowledge

Market price understanding

Sense of aesthetics

Communication and negotiation skills

MS office, English communication
