Get to know the Role :
Grab is currently looking for a Change Manager, in conjunction with its Oracle Cloud ERP implementation Project.
The position will be reporting to Head, Operations Support & Services and shall be responsible for the oversight of the overall change management methodology related key tasks.
Key accountabilities include key engagement with leadership team and key stakeholders, facilitate the change management workshops, document & sign off change management action plan, job role mapping (security), training plan, identify organisational change and assess business readiness.
Provides clear direction and leadership to the project team in line with Oracle True Cloud Methodology change management strategy.
The day-to-day activities :
Process / Technical / Operational)
Engage with Leadership team and key stakeholders to communicate the project objectives and benefits and the expectation of what is required from the stakeholders and support required from the Leadership team
Work with our consultant to organize change management workshops to educate the business on what the new processes / functionalities will be and what are the gaps / changes from the As-Is to To-Be
Document results in a change management action plan related to specific activities that must be completed to ensure the business is ready to adopt the new processes / ERP system
Facilitate the execution of the change management action activities to ensure business is ready for the project go-live
Ensure sign off of milestone of the formal agreement by steering committee of the change management action plan
User adoption- supports adoption of the global standard processes within the various business areas, drives harmonization of processes across the operating companies and countries, manages key stakeholders, amongst whom Global business process owners and subject matter experts
Communication- responsible for the communication strategy and the communication plan, provide key messages, method of delivery, follow up on when to deliver messages and to what audience
Training- understand the future cloud based processes to be deployed, work with user adoption consultant to identify training needs of various impacted groups, responsible for user training strategy, definition and successful delivery of training plan, coordinate and if appropriate support the development of training materials

Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders i.e. Senior Management, Regional and Local Finance & Procurement, ERP Project managers, Country change agents, etc
The must haves : Minimum Qualifications
Project Management Professional certification preferred
Oracle Cloud or any equivalent ERP deployment experience
Past Change management / Project management experience
Strong leadership qualities with a minimum of 6-8 years of management role
Strong P2P, O2C, R2R process knowledge with in-depth knowledge of legal / regulatory requirements
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to drive changes
People-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, attention to details and work under pressure
