Participate in full-cycle software and architectural development activities with senior experts through designing, implementing, testing and maintaining impactful digital-financing-solution application software
Directly involve in business projects under mentorship of line manager, buddy and other top business leaders to explore & drive technical readiness for adoption of new technologies
Professionally conduct real-life software analysis, programming, testing and debugging
Identify practical production and non-production application issues to innovate application for millions of users’ experience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student from top-notch universities (preferably Software Engineering major or relevant) with GPA from 3.0 / 4.
0 OR fresh graduate with less than 1 year of work experience
Eager to apply foundational academic knowledge of OOP, Design pattern, algorithms to solve real life problems
Familiar with Java (Spring preferred) is a big plus. If not, our expert teams are more than welcome to well-equip you in advancing these knowledge
Proficient in English to well communicate in our multi-cultural environment
A confident, crystal-clear communicator and detail-oriented to every assigned task for best results delivered
Effectively work both in a team and on your own
Good logical, critical thinking & problem-solving to detect the business situation then propose positive changes
