Overall purpose of the job : This role requires someone who is passionate about F&B / hospitality in general and our brands in particular.
This position is responsible for building an effective and strategic marketing plan; and is accountable for the development of a high-performance, result-driven team of brand ambassadors.
The Sales & Marketing Manager will need to be both a people person and a doer as he / she adopts a whole-of-company approach in executing all initiatives on brand, on time and on budget, in order to achieve the company’s financial and non-financial KPIs.

1. Business development and sales
1.1 Build and maintain partnerships for affiliated marketing and as additional sales channel

1.3 Work with Operations on local relationship marketing analyse local trade areas, identify sales building opportunities and build relationship with the community

1.1 Build and execute a strategic and effective marketing plan, focused on high-impact campaigns and promotions

1.3 Organize events and activities
1.4 Develop and implement store visual program for each season
1.5 Develop new store opening plans that include pre-opening, grand opening and opening activities to sustain momentum
2. Brand stewardship
2.1 Ensure art direction of brand collaterals are in compliance with brand guidelines
2.2 Issue, maintain and oversee implementation of look and feel SOP

4.1 Handle and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a prompt and sincere manner

5.1 Conduct product and promotion training and briefings

5 years of marketing experience in a managerial role in 5* hospitality / F&B / restaurant groups
