Overall purpose of the job : This role requires someone who is passionate about F&B / hospitality in general and our brands in particular.

This position is responsible for building an effective and strategic marketing plan; and is accountable for the development of a high-performance, result-driven team of brand ambassadors.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will need to be both a people person and a doer as he / she adopts a whole-of-company approach in executing all initiatives on brand, on time and on budget, in order to achieve the company’s financial and non-financial KPIs.

Sales & Marketing Manager cần phải là người vừa đưa ra kế hoạc và thực hiện vì anh ấy / cô ấy áp dụng phương pháp tiếp cận toàn công ty trong việc thực hiện tất cả các sáng kiến về thương hiệu, đúng thời gian và ngân sách, để đạt được tài chính của công ty và các KPI phi tài chính.

1. Business development and sales

1.1 Build and maintain partnerships for affiliated marketing and as additional sales channel

1.2 Promote and secure group and corporate bookings

1.3 Work with Operations on local relationship marketing analyse local trade areas, identify sales building opportunities and build relationship with the community

1. Marketing and communications

1.1 Build and execute a strategic and effective marketing plan, focused on high-impact campaigns and promotions

1.2 Communicate strategically across online and offline channels

1.3 Organize events and activities

1.4 Develop and implement store visual program for each season

1.5 Develop new store opening plans that include pre-opening, grand opening and opening activities to sustain momentum

2. Brand stewardship

2.1 Ensure art direction of brand collaterals are in compliance with brand guidelines

2.2 Issue, maintain and oversee implementation of look and feel SOP

2.3 Be a brand ambassador at all times

3.1 Attract, equip and retain talent

4. Customer

4.1 Handle and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a prompt and sincere manner

4.2 Grow and leverage CRM / loyalty program

4.3 Gather customer insights through various tactics such as direct engagement in-store, traffic generator surveys, mystery guest and comment cards

5. Process

5.1 Conduct product and promotion training and briefings

5.2 Conduct promotional audits

5.3 Track and measure performance of all initiatives

5.4 Carry out post-mortems for large campaigns or events

5.5 Collect and report market intelligence

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Presentable appearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following : business administration, marketing, or communications
  • Undergone training in hospitality, culinary, leadership or digital marketing
  • 5 years of marketing experience in a managerial role in 5* hospitality / F&B / restaurant groups

  • Able to work outside standard office hours

    2. Well-developed research and analytical skills : good at collecting market insights and trends, then analyze them for concept validation and marketing purposes

    5. People person : outspoken, social, and good presentation skills. Must be confident to pitch ideas internally, as well as build relationships not only with media, but also community groups, suppliers, emerging artists, etc.

    10. Design and artwork experience : knowledge in Photoshop and / or Illustrator

    12. Existing network with media (magazine / newspaper editors, journalists), suppliers (printing, video producers, photographers, graphic designers, copy writers, etc), artists and emerging artists, and community groups.
