Our client is a foreign invested trading company, looking for a Sales Manager in Ho Chi Minh City :

  • Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives;
  • Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners;
  • Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business;
  • Being a advisor and assume leadership role between Lubricants brand and its customers to ensure Company’s corporate image is maintained and drive value from existing business;
  • Participate in negotiations and administering contractual agreements with clients in the region;
  • Marketing / sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance;
  • Budget and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports

  • Male / Female
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Chemical or Business studies;
  • At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales or same role in a highly competitive sales environment;
  • Having experience in Lubricants & Mechanical equipment Sales;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Highly analytical and problem solving ability;
  • Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team;
  • Proactive, initiative and creative and highly result oriented;
