Job Description

To design and build prototypes / graphics / templates / activities / multimedia content for use in TOPICA’s learning products (including but not limited to presentation decks, .

pdf files, online interactive content, video clips, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities

To follow guidelines from CPS and create multimedia content / interactive content based on the provided materials from the Academic Content team

To create prototypes for interactive activities that follow the course design of the Academic Content team

To follow all required training for interactive design software / graphic design software / video editing software to upskill as requested by Content Production Manager (CPM) and CPS.

Additional tasks

To support and cooperate with other academic teams as requested

To support cross-departmental assignments as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1-year experience in graphic design

Very strong PowerPoint Presentation design skills

Strong 2D / 3D graphic design skills

Education-related / teaching-related background is a plus

Graphic motion / Animation skill is a plus

Knowledge in Articulate 360 / iSpring Suite is a strong plus

Strong computer skills in Office tools, G-suite tools, presentation & design platforms

A passion for high-quality teaching and learning

Accuracy and attention to details

Good time management skill
