Job Summary :
Our highly respected client is looking for an energetic and qualified Onsite Service Manager who will be responsible for performing on-site routine services including installation, maintenance, repairing and overseeing the scheduling and training of field service representatives.
Job Responsibilities :
Be responsible for lead the service technician team to meet daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer's equipment.
Travel to customer's site to assist in on-site services.
Build effective service team.
Be responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly, installation, and commissioning of equipment.
Train customers to operate, maintain and optimize equipment performance.
Identify the training needs and organize the training programs for Field Service Engineers
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
Handles service contracts and directs support services.
Build positive relationships with customers, support sales team in selling equipment and services
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Engineering background is must (Electrical, Mechanical, electronics or instrumentation)
At least 5-7 years of experience working as Field Service Engineer in MNCs environment
Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Having excellent problem-solving abilities
Being organized and proactive, having high attention to details.
Fluently in English
Travel is required
