This position is responsible for assisting with the planning and managing of the overall operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals.
Departments : Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Culinary, & Engineering
The position will plan, organize, direct and coordinate management activities of the operations in conjunction with the General Manager.
He / she is responsible for delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel.
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hospitality & global markets and business acumen including customer segmentations, distribution system;
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language; proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint;
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; results and service oriented with an eye for details; good problem solving, analytical, research, communications, organization, interpersonal skills, technical skills are a must;
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations;
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
Vietnam & South East Asian Experience highly desirable.
