Job Description :
1. General Responsibilities :
1.1. Client Partnership (20%) : ongoing interaction with clients regarding current, pending, and future projects. Measured by client satisfaction and ongoing business.
1.2. Project Management (40%) : being in charged of project execution in both project quality, financial performance, measured by commercial and creative success of each handled accounts.
1.3. Team Leadership / Development (40%) : build productive and progressive team members proven by staff performance bi-annually.
1.4. Report Directly to Manager, Senior Manager,Chief Communication Officer or Chief Client Officer of BCI.
2. Specific Responsibilities :
Clients Partnerships : Rapport, Client brand’s strategic development and Industry Impact Demonstrate an outstanding understanding of each client’s business and sector market share, competitor activity, stakeholders, success KPIs, financial targets, product evolution, brand ambitions and challenge.
Partner with clients in a trusted advisor capacity, delivering continuous thought leadership around strategies and services proactively seeking new ways to accelerate progress towards client goals.
Mindfully consider holistic agency solutions true to Redder driven creative proposition, proactively innovating solutions to deliver client ambitions (Brand, industry and personal where relevant).
Develop and manage deep, valuable relationships with key senior client personnel. Maintain intimate knowledge of the agency’s credentials, service lines and top case studies, sharing updates with clients and teams as the agency evolves.
Project Management Work with Planning / Creative Teams to interrogate client’s briefs, by challenging and asking questions, to develop communications briefs meeting business needs in an effective and accountable way.
Support Planning / Creative Teams in writing inspirational and strategic proposal to present and sell this effectively to clients.
Collaborate with all Third parties (Media Booking, Production House, Digital Booking ) event rosters agencies appointed by client in each project to ensure integrated work delivered successfully for the clients.
Liaise on a daily basis with Media (via telephone, email ), build up relationship and networking with hottest industry news, updates, impacts.
Know your portfolio targets and ways to meet and / or exceed them, ensuring you update the business monthly on progress and additional support required.
Be flexible upon each project description. Team Leadership / Development Behave as an exemplary client services lead, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high performance against their objectives.
Provide effective counsel to the team members at all times.
3.3.3 Identify and work with the strengths and weaknesses of the team members to maximize performance to deliver against the project goal.
3.3.4 Conduct performance reviews with your direct report / s. Establish clear short and long term objectives; identify and monitor areas for improvement and establish a clear set of development actions designed to build on their strengths to help them achieve their potential.
Key skills :
4.1 A passion for marketing and communications and desire to constantly innovate and try new things.
4.2 Expert knowledge in you field with the ability to inform clients on topics that they don’t know either about their industry or digital / social trends, techniques or technologies.
In depth knowledge of performance marketing and the tools and be up to date with the latest tools and technology in the industry.
Good at evaluating creative work; able to give and receive feedback to support its development
4.5 Experience managing pitches from start to finish for market leading clients.
4.6 Good client leadership skills and account management.
4.7 Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams at different levels.
4.8 Gain considerable previous agency experience, typically as an Account Manager or
Senior Marketing at client organization.
