Job Responsibilities : Work closely with Advanced Materials Division South East Asia Regional Sales Leader to develop sales pipeline & program to achieve country division annual revenue goal Responsible to identify and qualify opportunities as well as monitor competitor activities and analyze market potential Report opportunities, sales visit and account plan using company CRM sales tools Provide problem solving to customer in collaboration with technical team Work closely with distributors team to ensure direction and goal are aligned Strictly adhere to the Company Code of Business Conduct Job Requirements : Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in Sales or Technical Sales, with a proven success track record Must have experience in the Chemical Additive industry for Plastic & Rubber market, Paint & Coating Additional knowledge about the Automotive market is an added advantage Experience working as a National Sales representative is an advantage Fluent in English, both oral and written Willing to travel
