  • 3 year of related working experience.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of Labour Code and local requirements.
  • Good team working skills.
  • Key tasks

    n partnership with Talent & Culture Manager, provide the Talent &Culture leadership and strategic direction including creating and implementing best practices that support Novotel strategy.

  • Assist in the daily smooth running of the Talent & Culture Department.
  • Assist to ensure the T&C Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and management with a high standard operating system.
  • Handle monthly payroll and payslip, monthly T&C report
  • In charge of local HR procedures ( Social Insurance, PIT code....)
  • Support T&C Manager in recruitment, staffing, on boarding and other related procedures,
  • Maintain T&C profile to ensure compliance with Hotel's policy.
  • Others supporting tasks as assigned by T&C Manager
