Mô tả công việc

  • In charge of providing services to clients, comprising salary calculation, labor and insurance procedure, HR training, consulting and advisory;
  • Carry out procedures issuance work permit and temporary residence card for foreigners and other related.
  • Dealing with the authorities when necessary;
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, building and developing client services, detecting and promptly meeting the needs of services.

  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Female under 35 years old;
  • University degree and at least 3 years of experience in Administration and Human Resources Department, working in consulting firms is preferable;
  • Good knowledge in salary calculation, insurance and labor regulation for Vietnamese and foreigners.
  • Good knowledge in issuance work permit and temporary residence card for foreigner and other related procedures.
  • Good in English both writing and speaking, Japanese language skill is preferable;
  • Competence in using Microsoft offices; and
  • Good communication skill, hard-working, carefulness, team work spirit, independent and able to work under pressure.
