Achieve sales targets, operation cost and market share annual goals for the assigned products.
Develop and implement an effective monthly / quarterly and annually plan of sales, promotion and merchandising programs, with a clear vision on business and practical actions.
Ensure that all program is in line with the organization’s vision, mission and culture.
Plan, organize, lead and control the implementation of the distributor activities, activities, marketing projects, and other marketing programs nationally.
Explore new areas both within existing territories as well as by expanding geographic coverage for marketing development.
Monitor sales trends and competitors’ activities nationally.
Organize national meetings to review activities of previous period and communicate action plan of next month / quarter / year.
Track monthly performance vs. plan, analyze reasons for gaps and build solution to overcome the problem.
Complete required reports based on SOP in a correct and timely manner.
Increase the coverage by following the listing result of assign products to customer product list.
Ensure the stock of products always available in the warehouse of customer and know clearly about the credit situation of customer to inform to relative department.
Prepare and submit plan of headcount.
Co-ordinate with HR Department in recruitment process by providing JD, interviewing.
Be responsible for co-operate with training and HR department for planning, implementation and budgeting of all training actions of the employees in the probation period.
Be responsible for managing, directing and developing staffs to ensure their competencies, behavior and performance are in line with company requirements.
Co-ordinate with the other Departments (Marketing and HR) to implement appropriate training programs within the field force.
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staffs to ensure they have a good understanding of their territories, customers, competitors, marketing tactics, product knowledge and marketing skill.
Guide, support, manage staffs so that they can effectively handle their tasks and meet their objectives.
Provide guidance for and approve territory action plans for team. Make sure that action plans / product key messages are implemented as plan.
Plan and conduct field visits with field force staffs to monitor market dynamics.
Regularly analyze SFE data such as customer database, classification and segmentation, frequency of calls of team and co-operate with SFE team to ensure all team achieve KPI.
Identify and develop the KOLs by building up the partnership to get their endorsement and advocacy. Co-ordinating with Marketing Department in organizing advisory boards, clinical studies, speakers, symposia, etc according to marketing strategy.
Take part in negotiations with major key accounts, build and maintain the close working relationships with existing key customers, develop new key customers to drive benefits of meeting the objectives.
Attend product training and upgrade product knowledge.
Make a good / impressive presentation about Company’s product with customers, satisfy and persuade customers by scientific evidences.
Identify marketing opportunities based on medical information, market knowledge, and competitor knowledge.
Ensure the right releases of product key messages.
Develop and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Highly co-operate with colleagues, get along well and help colleagues in the job.
Build cross-functional team effectiveness with Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, HR dept to ensure successful delivery of strategy.
Share best practice and learning, competitive information with colleagues to build knowledge and competencies.
Maintain good interpersonal professional relationships to staff.
Ensure Company’s confidentiality intellectual property, product, price, and Marketing strategies, salary information.
Co-ordinate with HR Department in recruitment process, performance evaluation, retention of good employees, promoting / demoting staff.
Perform any additional tasks as reasonably requested by superiors.
Comply with Company’s policies, regulations and local applicable laws.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical field or economic / Foreign Trade. MBA is an advantage.
At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in same position in OTC as well as ETC. Merchandising management is an advantage.
Experienced in managing team from 20 staff above.
Excellent in negotiation and approaching market.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft offices (Word, excel, power point).
Fluency in English.
