KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that all the assigned tasks are conducted effectively, timely, accurately and in accordance with the procedures, including : Mystery ShoppingLaw Firm / Collection Company ChecK

Sufficiently recruit, manage and take responsibility for performance of Mystery Shoppers to ensure that all the assigned Mystery Shopping / Service Contract and Service Orders of Mystery Shoppers will be conducted timely and in accordance with the procedures.

Work with Sales staffs / Shop staffs to clarify their violations and correctly report the cases to timely prevent potential risk for the Company.

Cooperate with Sales Department / Related Departments to timely detect the violation / fraud to prevent risk for the Company.

Complete other duties as assigned.
