Responsibilities : Be part of the employee engagement activities to own event operations (e.g. town hall, team bonding activities, company trip) that helps bring all of us together to bond.
Assist with Benefits and Wellness tasks to ensure employees’ satisfaction and excellent working environment. Maintain and keep the employees’ database updated and accuracy on the HR management systems.
Conduct audit work via surveys and reports to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience. Assist with Labor Relations tasks including onboarding, offboarding, performance and confirmation processes.
Support People Manager in collecting data and making reports relating to Learning and Development projects. Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements : Prior experience as HR Intern or Apprentice for at least 6 months (professional experience relating to Wellness and Benefits, Employee engagement is a plus).
Fast-paced, smart, reliable, proactive. Self-starter and eager to learn. Positive attitude and self-motivation. Structured problem-solving and detail-orientation.
100% execution-minded, hands-on approach. High sense of urgency. Analytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment.
Ability to speak and write excellently in English, as the role requires the incumbent to interact and communicate with English-speaking colleagues.
