The Role Responsibilities
Managing credit performance in Unsecured Retail lending products. This includes monitoring of portfolio trends, credit performance standards as well as analyse the characteristics of portfolio and recommends portfolio risk management policies changes than can mitigate risk and maximise returns.

Assess the credit quality of Retail Clients lending products portfolio by analysing and recommending portfolio risk management policy changes to optimize portfolio quality and product profitability
Design update, and communication of portfolio risk management & credit policies to ensure the portfolio maximise profitability whereas portfolio quality is maintained within targets.
Maintain a high quality of lending product portfolio risk management policies and activities to ensure that delinquency and charge-off are kept at a minimum for maximising overall profitability.
To monitor all changes to portfolio policies and processes required as a result of new initiatives, new products, or regulatory amendments.
Enhance MIS for Lending Products portfolio analysis.
Actively participate and contribute towards development and enhancement of portfolio management activities to maximise competitive position, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Business
To provide professional and responsive support to Product / CI / Sales
To assist Head of Unsecured CRM in developing portfolio management strategies with action programs to maximise economic profit to Business
Work closely with Product Managers and BIU team to develop new / enhance products as well as develop an appropriate customer’s targeting.

To support BAU teams for smoothing processes.

Our Ideal Candidate
University graduate preferably from Business background.
Relevant experience in credit policy, product management etc.
Good analytical skills and ability to think innovatively
Strategic planning experience and capability
Good communication / presentation skills
Good financial analysis knowledge
Should be able to work with different and diverse teams
Good understanding of the credit life cycle & key drivers of performance
Experience on project management and process re-engineering
