Job Description

Coordinate the transformation migration between Application owner & Infrastructure teams

Conduct workshop and gather information via questionnaire about customer IT application portfolio &Infrastructure CMDB and critical business functions

Define migration strategy & plan for an application or group of application in accordance to project roadmap.

Act as Main point of contact for Customers

Perform analysis on application landscape (category, business criticality. Integration level).

Perform assessment on Application Operation Procedures readiness for transformation and provide guidance for optimization

Manage change management process orchestration in coordination with Technical and business / app team for migration implementation

Qualifications

BSc / MSc in Economics / Business Administration major or relevant major

Fresher or final-year student

Good English communication (Both in writing and speaking)

Willing to learn, passionate, hard working, have a positive attitude.

Interpersonal skills proficiency
