POSITION : B2B MARKETING EXECUTIVE - HEAVY INDUSTRY (Posm, Technical Workshop, Client Event)
Work location : District 4 - HCMC
Working time : Monday - Friday

MAIN DUTIES :
1. Responsible for; develop and implement marketing plan for Bulk segment, aligned with whole marketing plan as well as company and sales objectives
Continue approved marketing plan for year 2020 : Product videos, Content for fanpage Xi măng INSEE , prepare articles for newspaper, outsourceTet gifts for customers and run events or campus activities (if any).
Customers & Industry understanding by market visit with Sales / TC.
Research, prepare and plan for MKT Plan 2021.
2. Manage Marketing Budget and Brand Compliance
Well manage within approved budget.
Follow brand guideline in all key visual, print ads, printed items and design.
3. Support within internal marketing team and collaborate across different departments to deliver result
Support CONWOOD and Drymix for relevant activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant business majors
2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least 1 - 1.5 year- experience in Marketing field, especially experience in B2B Marketing or IMC (integrated marketing communications)
Have experience in client / brand side : familiar with making marketing plan / proposal, running event, managing / working with social media channels and well-writing is an advantage
Experience in manage Outsource Vendor for producing POSM or Event Agencies to run event and tour
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Can quickly adapt in new environment.
High collaboration and proactive to seek for solutions
Willing to learn attitude with high responsibility and ownership.
Good English (both in writing and speaking)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Innovation driver is a plus.
4. LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Ability to lead stakeholders to collaborate and support to deliver result
