  • Collaborating with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience, scheduling candidate interview loops, uploading resumes in our applicant tracking system, providing status updates to candidates and documenting reference and background checks.
  • Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews with hiring teams, partner with recruiters to communicate expectations and ensuring our hiring teams have a positive interview experience.
  • Own onsite and virtual experience for candidates and hiring teams. Be the point of contact, keeping interviews on track and creating a stellar candidate experience.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates and manage expectations.
  • Post all job descriptions to various internal and external sites and track monthly recruiting metrics for applicants.
  • Oversee communication for Recruiting inbox.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and collaborate on best practices with internal Talent Acquisition team.
  • Target :

  • Make sure manpower in time
  • Assist HRAM Manager to planning for daily. Weekly, monthly or yearly plan on recruitmen, closing with all department to understand the turn overate situation.
  • Interview resigning employee to understand the reason and report to manager.
  • Assist HR Manger in recruitment duty with rights candidates to right position.

  • To plan, recruit and develop qualified workforce to align with Company’s business plan.
  • To explore effective recruitment channels, advertise, screen, interview and recommend suitable candidates for users departments in accordance with specified criteria.
  • To follow-up recruitment procedures in order to ensure headcount approval according to HR policy .
  • To prepare management reports including headcount reports and advertisement cost analysis.
  • To improve industrial relations through organization of employee activities and programs.
  • Searches workforce market.
  • Working with headhunter to ensures all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to HR Manager, hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
