Principal Accountabilities :

Responsibility for develop and implement business strategy for the assigned business segment to meet all the target KPIs.

Roles

  • Leading assigned Business segments in North VN. Responsibility to manage the team and planning for short and long term strategy of the assigned segments.
  • Implementation plans to accomplish the business targets of the company including Growth, Sales, Margins, OH, WC and PTPI.

  • Coordinate with all functional support teams to drive the segment archive all the KPIs
  • Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies, and programmers that will effectively implement the business strategies and objectives set by the management board.
  • Set, and monitor the performance of the segment against, standards and targets in areas such as manufacturing and administration efficiency, cost control, sales revenue, legal compliance, and human resource management.
  • Monitor the segment competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and develop business plans to address them.
  • Liaise with other segments heads across the whole organization to ensure that the segment strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers to ensure that the segment business strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines and budgets.
  • Provide Leadership, Coaching and Mentor to people in the organization and commit to structured Performance Management of all personnel using aimed at developing talents and long term growth.
  • Create good relationship with the key customers in order to fulfill the commitment
  • Monitor and supervise the implementation of business contracts
  • Qualifications

    Years of experience : At least 7 year(s) at manager level

    Minimum career level : Team leader / Manager

    Minimum education level : Bachelors

    Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 7 years success working experience managing and developing business.
  • Effective communication, coordination and influencing skills are required
  • Result-oriented, resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently and in a dynamic & challenging environment
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills while proficiency in verbal & written English and local language
