Build & maintain effective relationships with both bank partner, especially at branch level and internal departments to deliver a professional services from Prudential.
Key Responsibility : Before sales : Product coaching / sharing, conduct training on sales skills at branch level JFW with CAS for coaching purpose Guide bank staff regarding Pru operational and underwriting processes Provide support on Pru systems including Prudaily, Pruconnect, Lead Tracking System In sales : Support Wealth Specialists in consulting, handling objections and closing deal.
Other tasks assigned by BSM Requirements : Qualification : Mandatory : Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance Experiences : Mandatory : At least 1-2 year experience working as sales supervisor preferably in insurance, FMCG or foreign-invested financial companies.
Advantage : experience management in Bancassurance, management training experience, public speaking.
