  • Provide daily secretarial admin assistance to Partners with administrative tasks
  • Manage Partner working schedule including setting up appointments, preparing logistics and documents
  • Handle all incoming documents systematically for Partner’s approval
  • Administration
  • Coordinate the efficiency of team report deliveries
  • Make all travel arrangements (both domestic and overseas travels) for Partner and other managers
  • Prepare travelling and business expense claims
  • Take minute of meetings as required
  • Notify staff members of upcoming events, visitors
  • Requirements

  • At least 2 years proven experience in executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • General understanding of company operation including each department’s functionality, procedures and policies
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel)
  • Sharp, quick and intuitive, assertive, energetic and able to be trusted with confidential information
  • Good intellectual and analytical capabilities
  • Drive, commitment and integrity
  • Able to work effectively with both Vietnamese and foreigners at senior levels
  • Other tasks as requested by Partner
