The Franchise Operation Manager is in charge of Franchise setup and operation post setup, and reporting to Franchise Head on those aspects.

The Franchise Operation Manager is responsible for the P&L of franchised centers against budget.

Franchise Kit Building and Updates

Work with different departments and functions to build Franchise Kit as assigned by Franchise Head

Review Franchise Kit on a periodical basis and perform updates to the Franchise Kit as assigned by Franchise Head

New Franchesed Center Set-up

  • Build Business Plan for setting up new franchise centers
  • Execute the Business Plan for setting up new franchise centers as assigned by Franchise Head
  • Areas of set-up support include but are not limited to sales, marketing, customer services, human resources, supply chain, it, legal, admin.
  • Supervise fitting-out process of new franchise centers to make sure timelines and center quality are adhered to
  • Supervise and perform recruitment activities as needed to support new franchise center in accordance with Center Business Plan
  • Perform training to new franchise center staff in accordance with Center Business Plan
  • Supervise performance of franchise centers against set-out KPIs during the launching period and propose solutions where needed.
  • Draft Center Set-up reports
  • Act as liaison between franchise centers and internal functions of the Company
  • Franchised Center Operation post set-up

  • Areas of operation support include but are not limited to sales, marketing, customer services, human resources, supply chain, it, legal, admin
  • Perform recruitment activities as needed to support operations of franchise center
  • Perform training activities as needed to support performance of franchise centers
  • Monitor franchise centers against Budget and propose solutions where needed
  • Draft Center Operation reports
  • Act as liaison between franchise centers and internal functions of the Company
  • Bachelor degree
  • Good command of English
  • Experience as a Center Manager is preferred
  • Experience in school management is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in operations or more
  • Can-do attitude and good problem solving skills
