The candidate will work closely with local office leadership teams and the regional marketing and communications team to develop and manage integrated marketing and communications programmes (both internal and external), aligned with the firm’s strategy, to drive growth in priority areas and enhance Arup’s brand and reputation in Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia.
Responsibilities include :
Work in close collaboration with the local leadership teams and regional marketing and communications colleagues to develop integrated marketing and communications plans and campaigns for the Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia markets;
Lead and coordinate media / PR opportunities, including pitching stories to target markets and media, and maintaining relationships with essential media and key influencers;
Manage local external relationships with business communities and industry associations and proactively identify opportunities to promote the firm’s expertise through partnerships including promoting compelling project stories and managing client events, seminars and exhibitions;
Manage and create content for a variety of promotional channels including social media and company website;
Working closely with the Regional Marketing and Communications team, support client relationship managers and client teams to embed an effective approach to management of priority clients by assisting with the development, facilitation and implementation of client plans;
Provide internal communications support and advice for Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok and Phnom Penh offices.
Degree holder in marketing, communications, economics, or business-related discipline;
Preferablywith a minimum of 7 - 10 years’ experience in strategic marketing and communications capacity preferably from within the built environment or broader professional services
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
With a flair for pitching and a thorough understanding of how businesses work (at all levels);
Exposure to a multi-national, cross-functional work environment.
