As a Tools and Sourcing Intern, you have a supporting factor in the recruitment process. It is your aim to map skills and competencies within the Mantu pool and population and accelerate Mantu Group’s reactivity.
Your main tasks will be involved but not limited to the following :
Research candidate profiles and work on projects that help develop candidate databases;
Analyze candidates’ information and present it in the best manner;
Complete candidate information’s and mapping their skills in the internal system;
Publication and refreshing of job offer on company website, social networks, forums and any other recruiting tools;
Support recruitment events and school activities such as Career Day, Job fairs, Company Tours and other related events;
Develop a specialized network on social media;
Propose ideas for continuous improvement of the recruitment process;
Participate in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leader or manager.
Last year or third year students available for full-time internship in 6 months;
Ideally you are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or other related majors;
Good command of English, both verbal & written communication;
Proficient in MS-Office and good research skill;
Fluency in English;
Teamwork spirit, and pioneering mind-set.
