Joining Bonus

A joining bonus amounting to 1 month of gross salary will be offered to candidates having at least 4 years of experience, and who join ELCA between June 1st, 2022 and July 31st, 2022 (1-year tenure condition applies)

Your mission

Report to Delivery Head (Scrum of Scrum)

Be responsible for product development from planning to acceptance within agile teams

Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly, and predictably through a focus on risk management, technical excellence, business value, and the needs of the end customer

Accountable for the quality of agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

Setting the pace for delivery and motivating teams to succeed

Conflict resolution within / between the delivery team and stakeholders

Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders through excellent communication

Guide and coach the team to become self-organized

Perform risk management to minimize project risks
