Work closely with Lead Generation team to understand upstream flow of New Seller Flow
Identify area to improve on quality of upstream generated leads, plan & suggest strategy to grow upstream lead base
In charge of planning and leading a team for field / offline acquisition
In charge of building Standard Operating Procedure, gathering support / training materials, defining targets and setup Key Performance Indicator for Business Process Outsourcing agents, monitoring & create report related
Expect to be involved in initiatives outside of your scope, which will be given to you to both help you grow and to capture emerging business opportunities
Requirements :
3-4 years of work experience in Business Development, e-Commerce or Business Process Outsourcing
At least 1 year of experience in a team-lead role
Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
Strong business acumen and ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills, be driven and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
