Job Description :

  • Work closely with Lead Generation team to understand upstream flow of New Seller Flow
  • Identify area to improve on quality of upstream generated leads, plan & suggest strategy to grow upstream lead base
  • In charge of planning and leading a team for field / offline acquisition
  • In charge of building Standard Operating Procedure, gathering support / training materials, defining targets and setup Key Performance Indicator for Business Process Outsourcing agents, monitoring & create report related
  • Expect to be involved in initiatives outside of your scope, which will be given to you to both help you grow and to capture emerging business opportunities
  • Requirements :

  • 3-4 years of work experience in Business Development, e-Commerce or Business Process Outsourcing
  • At least 1 year of experience in a team-lead role
  • Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
  • Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, be driven and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
