Online Product Manager (Lending)

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES

Drive customer-centric & data-driven initiatives for onboarding lending products (Loan, Credit, BNPL) on Home Credit’s digital platforms, including product components, processes, customer journey, etc;

Work closely with the partnering Product, Risk and Commercial teams to define strategies and ensure delivery of (both financial and non-financial) programs to provide best offers and experience for customers on digital platforms;

Support product relevant digital procedure and process update in order to optimize the process and comply with internal policy and regulations;

Coordinate with Commercial team to boost optimization and scale-up on partners, such as e-Wallet, e-POS, e-Commerce, etc;

Work with PO team to ensure product roadmap & business requirements are well aligned and delivered accurately and timely as planned;

Work with UXR and Online Insights team on the systematic study of target users and their requirements, to add realistic contexts and insights to design processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 05 years of experience in managing and developing digital product for Finance / Banking industry, with at least 01 year exposing to lending product;

Familiar with lending process design;

Familiar with Fintech solutions (e-KYC, e-signature, scoring, etc.);

Having Consumer Finance market insights is preferable;

Ability to work independently and effectively, taking minimal direction from others and provide maximal direction for yourself;

Good command of English.
