WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are hiring an experienced Recruiting Lead / Manager to join the Southeast Asia Recruiting team to drive the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda and targeted recruiting of woman talents across 6 offices in Southeast Asia.
The incumbent will focus on developing and executing strategy for attracting women talents in the region, leveraging new channels in the market to identify, attract and assess women talents.
This is a critical role in the team that provides an exciting platform to attract and secure diverse talent and offers the potential to make significant impact through the people we hire.
The ideal candidate would have experience in driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across South East Asia with a strong focus on hiring of women talents.
Develop and execute strategies to deliver our diversity hiring goals as part of the overall people strategy in SEA
Drive and implement key recruiting initiatives focused on hiring women talents such as :
Create strong women talent pipelines for current and future roles through sourcing strategies; advocate, educate and influence key stakeholders on the diversity strategy, process, engagement and conversion of talent throughout the candidate lifecycle
Develop strong partnerships with Office Recruiters, professional associations, diversity organizations, individuals, and community organizations to use as recruiting sources
Drive branding and marketing initiatives in local offices to increase brand awareness and attract women talents
Articulate and represent BCG’s diversity value proposition via candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks etc.
Research market trends and develop key insights / best practices for diversity recruiting with support from the regional D&I team and Women BCG team.
Act as a valued advisor to facilitate knowledge sharing on diversity and inclusion amongst the recruiting team
Engage with key stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor; building a deep understanding of the talent market, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
Leverage data-driven analytics and reporting to provide updates to key business stakeholders to drive decisions and shape recruiting activities
Manage diverse candidates through the recruiting process ensuring a best in class candidate experience

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
BA / BS degree required
More than 5 years professional experience in Recruitment. Preferably with experience in driving diversity initiatives / recruiting.
