WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

  • Agency Development, Specialist who is AIA representative, AD participates in business development at the assigned GA office to achieve the assigned business targets and ensures business quality through connecting the GAD sales team, agency leaders and agents;
  • communication, deployment and monitoring the implementation of policies.

    Report to : Manager, Agency Development

    Location : Vinh

    Function : Agency Distribution Department : Agency Development

    Role : Individual Contributor

    Role and Responsibilities

  • Business planning :
  • Analyze business results, identify good and bad performance indicators to work with each key management level to allocate and forecast the ability to fulfill plan targets.

    Develop quarterly / monthly action plan to execute business activities at the assigned GA office.

    Monitor and remind sales team to comply with working time / regulations and operational management process for FTA channel

    Deploy & monitor daily, weekly, monthly business plan and have timely solutions to ensure achieving the goals.

  • People Development :
  • Evaluate, select potential Agency Leaders and Premier Agents. Coordinate with Agency Initiative & Productivity Department, Zone Head, Regional Head, Agency Training Department to implement training and development programs.

    Monitor and evaluate the development progress of potential Agency Leaders and Premier Agents.

    Set goals, monitor progress to maintain and upgrade Premier Agents, Premier Agency Leaders.

    Develop GA business support team and training collaborators (Eagle Trainer).

  • Business Quality Assurance :
  • Communicate company’s code of conduct to Agency Leaders & Agents; Refresh when appropriate.

    Supervise agency force, forecast business quality’s risks and have appropriate solutions.

  • Other projects / jobs : As assigned by Direct Manager.
  • Job requirements : University graduate

    University graduate

    At least 3 years-experience in sales, Prioritize candidates with management experience.

    Influencing & Stakeholder Management to create common results.
