RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. 
RBVH has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at e-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally. 


Job Description

Payroll

  • Prepare payroll input on the basis of specific information (time keeping, medical leave, absences, unpaid leave, salary changes, benefits, etc) correctly and on time
  • Monitor salary and benefits operation; ensure all compensation & benefits for employees following Vietnam labor regulation as well as Bosch practices
  • In charge of PIT (Personal Income Tax) annualization
  • Employment Contract Management
  • Prepare contract/ annex/ decision/certification for all employees
  • Arrange for document signing and filing
  • Benefit Administration
  • Execute and monitor the benefit schemes as per the guidelines of the Company
  • Coordinate with HR Country to implement benefits programs at the location including healthcare talk, health check, etc and ensure the quality of services
  • Manage Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance to work with outsourcing partner
  • Labor reports

  • Prepare all required reports in timely manner and high quality, include but not limit to government report, costing report, PIT finalization, Social Insurance reports 
  • Others
  • Work with internal and external auditing
  • In charge of other tasks assigned by manager

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge about Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and Tax
  • Proficiency in C&B calculation related excel; macro proficiency in excel is a plus
  • Excellent English skills
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to details, well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Hard working, dynamic, self-confident and enthusiastic
  • Have commitment and result-orientation
