  • Oversee adherence to all procedures and standards, ensuring the successful daily operations and sanitation requirements of the program at each location.
  • Recruit, hire, train and mentor staff for the assigned area.
  • Financial responsibility and analysis of merchandise retail operations, including sales, P&L, gap analysis, product movement, new item and category trends, deleted items, and schematics
  • Develop and manage differential retail pricing and execution of convenience strategy across different regions, etc.
  • Maintain retail item pricing based on cost, market conditions, and business goals
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Other tasks will be discussed in the interview

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in related field
  • At least 2 years working experiences in the same position in F&B, Restaurant, Food Franchise sectors
  • Strong professional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and vendors
  • Strong analytical, organizational skills, detail oriented, flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
