Indoor sales activities :

Qualify customer database provided by Sales.

Set-up meeting for Field Sales

Internet searching to find the new enterprise which just invested or started in Vietnam, to inform Sales.

Sales Support activities :

Receiving and analyzing inquiries from Sales Support and Sales.

Checking and negotiating for competitive cost.

On behalf of Sales support to providing quotation to customer in due time.

Following up to get approval of quotation from customers.

On behalf and instruction of Sales Preparing service contract and credit application if any.

Coordinating with Sales to prepare SOP if any

Providing SOP and Shipping Instruction to Operation team.

Proactively notice Sales of any potential opportunities, potential customers.

Proactively notice Sales of any problems likely to affect customer relationships.

Kwalificaties

English and Vietnamese Communication for both verbal and written

Strong communication skills

Customer Orientation

Bachelor Degree holder

Experience in sales is preferable
