We have an opportunity for an experienced Associate Technical Director to be responsible for the properties. The primary focus of this role is on service quality, whilst ensuring efficient management The successful candidate will enjoy working within a great team with a defined career development pathway.
I. Consultancy on project management and operation :
Provide market analysis services and consult appropriate solutions in Building Management. Support implementation and maintenance of set goals.
Develop new business opportunities from the target market, find clients, recommend and propose suitable products and services.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers, anticipate and meet Customer's needs, ensure goals are met.
Supervise the elaboration and implementation of plans, budgets periodically, forecasts, management plans, monthly reports, reports of changes or failures at the Project.
Control activity spending against budget.
II. Project operation management :
Support the setting up of new projects within the assigned scope. Organize the management and quality control of the operation of the Projects, maintain the initial set up standards and meet the service standards of the Company, .
to ensure effective operation of the appropriate terms cooperation between CBRE and partners, Customers at the Project.
Proactively propose and take responsibility for the transfer of personnel between the Projects, coordinate interview interviews to recruit suitable personnel according to the assigned scope.
Participate in developing / proposing improvement / supplementation of operational documents and participate in the evaluation of quality / efficiency / working capacity of the relevant staff (KPI assessment) when required.
Train, develop subordinate personnel, organize professional training to contribute to building a working environment suitable to the Company's culture;
Support consultancy / direct to handle difficult problems / incidents in the operation of the assigned projects according to their expertise and in accordance with the Company's regulations, ensure service quality, standards and images of CBRE and Vietnamese law and minimize the possible risks.
To sum up and evaluate and summarize the experiences and special solutions of each project so as to give the most uniform and appropriate solutions to the projects;
Participate in controlling and anticipating risks of operating systems at the Project and proposing solutions for early handling, prevention and mitigation of consequences;
Make sure to provide accurate, timely, and complete reports when required.
Advice and randomly participate in regular inspection and maintenance schedules at the Project. Propose and / or approve changes, maintenance and restoration as necessary.
Select and monitor the services of the Supplier related scope of charge as required.
III. Perform other duties as assigned
I. Qualifications and Education
Graduated University or higher in Engineering.
Extensive knowledge of related techniques building management, Business / Building management techniques license is required.
Knowledge of contracts, finance, taxes, construction, especially specialized in contracts, finance and technology.
At least 5 years of relevant experience and / or training
III. Quality / Work Attitude

IV. Required Knowledge and Skills
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (, Excel, Outlook)

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and innovative solutions. Approve and monitor budget.
Sensitivity in problem solving, including advanced and complex issues.
Ability to write reports / state / present / persuade / train, inspire ... for employees, customers, senior manager and / or residents.
Ability to motivate, motivate, empower and flexibly manage change / negotiation effectively.
Can effectively receive and process information to make accurate and beneficial decisions for the Company.
