Regional Demand Operations is a new team housed within marketing, with work spanning across the region (all 8 countries).
The team will be focused on growing demand efficiently, with projects covering overall strategy, ideation (e.g., optimizing targeted promos, developing innovative approaches), experimentation and ensure successful implementation in the country.
Get to know the role :
Generate passenger promos using typical statistics and data mining methods such as clustering, association rules to gain actionable insight (e.
g. promo & incentive spend optimization, churn analysis, customer segmentation, etc)
The day-to-day activities :
Structure experiments to generate insights in line with business objectives (e.g. A / B testing)
Support Country Marketing Teams in performing analyses to enable data driven decision making
Segment passengers based on data insights
Identify efficient promo structures to motivate ridership growth
Articulate insights to key partners along with recommended actions
Work with cross functional teams to execute on initiatives arising from insights generated
Optimize overall funnel from install to loyalty through testing and analysing all campaign performances, including creative, segmentation, mechanics, etc.
Perform data analysis weekly and provide recommendation based on consumer insights.
The must haves :
A minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertisement, eCommerce, top tier management consulting
Confident in processing and analysing complex data sets using Excel.
Working understanding of SQL and experience with a mobile CLM platform is desirable
Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses results to a wide range of audiences, and translate these to actionable business insights
A start-up attitude willing to work hard to get things done.
Language proficiency in Bahasa, Tagalog, and Vietnamese will be highly preferred.
