  • Processing customer’s documents.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer’s complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Ensure customer’s satisfaction and provide professional kyc.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the kyc process.

  • You must be able to read and write in English fluently.
  • A quick mind, who can easily understand new concepts.
  • The qualified candidate needs to be meticulous, cautious, and calm.
  • A patient person, who can stay focused on a matter for long enough to identify the root of it.
  • A disciplined person who a team can rely on.
  • A confident person who is comfortable expressing his point of view.
  • Salary : KYC- Venezuela : $350 - $400 / month . At least 40 hours / week

    Working time : Full Time - Working remotely

    Working Hour : At least 40 hours / week
