Acquiring and developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients (High net worth individuals, institutions, corporations)
Expanding and managing the relationships with existing clients through good communication and good understanding of their needs
Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key clients.
Driving volume in the exchange business, as well as marketing our entire ecosystem
Optimizing service processes and systems, tracking customer performance
Document user pain points, finding hidden needs and communicating with various departments to provide solutions and areas for growth
1-3 years working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investment etc
Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
Highly self-driven, disciplined with a Can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills - very responsive (we are a client-serving business)
Passion for crypto, blockchain and digital assets preferred
Native / fluent Vietnamese language skill is a MUST and proficiency in English
Will prioritizing applications that have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship for visa
