What you will do :
Supervise a team of Account Management Executives & Associates and mainly responsible for Account Management (AM) Group KPI in revenue & supporting metrics (Customer retention rate;
up-selling / cross-selling revenue; Reactivation rate);
Maintain relationships with key accounts and customer's visits according to set tiers of corporate customers in order to generate sales volumes & revenues through upselling, retention and reactivation activities;
Strategize & ensure growth rate of the whole existing corporate customer cohort by maintaining healthy pipelines of upselling / cross-selling / reactivation / API partnership opportunities;
Ensure all AM Group members complying with Standard Operating Procedures; participate in revising & optimizing current Standard Operating Procedures of AM Group to achieve higher service standards;
Oversee account handover process between Account Management & Business Development Teams as well as re-distribute accounts complying with corporate tiers periodically;
Participate in Sales Management Team to roll out quarterly & yearly strategies and campaigns;
Responsible for supervising sales admin activities performed by AM Group for the whole sales team;
Handling customer complaints and enquiries; Following up with service failure issues & coordinating with other departments;
Collaborate with marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns;
Roll out periodical surveys on existing corporate customers cohort from time to time to identify market insights;
Weekly and Monthly reports to the Manager.
What you will need :
Minimum 3 - 5 years of related working experience in sales, account management, & customer support;
Experience in sales management is a plus;
Vast knowledge and understanding in Logistics, FMCGs, F&B, E-commerce, & Tech Startups are advantages;
Data driven mindset and mastering excel or SQL (or alternative analytics tools) is preferable;
Excellent problem solving skills;
Able to work under pressure / tight timeframes;
Able to work independently;
Have an eye for details;
Fluency in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus;
Understanding of local business environment is a priority;
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle stressful situations with a smile;

College / University graduation preferred.
