We are looking for Ad Operation Executives to work with our Tiki Advertising platform. This position is responsible for optimizing both Tiki’s Product & Display ads.
Tiki’s Product ad is a powerful tool to help sellers driving more conversions on Tiki. This position will help to create a better seller and customer experience that drive product discovery and conversion, grow sellers business, strengthen seller relationships with Tiki, and help to increase Tiki operating profit.
Tiki’s Display ad focus on the other end of the funnel, working with brands to build product and category awareness. With the advance targeting capability of Tiki Advertising platform, this position will help brands reaching the right consumer, in the right place, at the right time, and with better ad operation efficiency.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with advertising platforms (such as Google search, display, video, Facebook ad, or other local platforms), with rich experience in both branding and conversion campaigns, with a client-
servicing mindset, and a passion for providing rich customer’s experience on Tiki.
Other requirement for this role will be data analysis and reporting.
Work with Account team on campaign timeline, budget, ad format and KPIs for Tiki’s Product and Display ads.
Put Tiki’s user experience first by keeping a high standard for both Tiki’s Product and Display ads.
Distribute the Display ad in an efficient manner and maximize the value of Display ad inventory.
Keep all client’s campaigns run smoothly 24 / 7. Handle all issues arisen when setting up, running and reporting campaign.
Analyze and prepare reports.
Mindset : Customer-centric
1-2 years of experience in relevant positions
Fundamental understanding of common industry metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CPM, CPC, CPA, Attribution model
Rich experience with Google Search, Google Display Network campaigns (preferable certified by Google). Knowledge on Facebook, Youtube ad and other local ad platform will be welcomed
Familiar with analytics tool (Google Analytics...) and ad tracking setup (Sizmek, Double Click...) is a plus
Familiar with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio is a plus
Fundamental understanding of customer journey and the tools to measure engagement in each step of the funnel
