Objectives : Plan, direct and oversee the operation of Direct Sales channel to drive sales of company's products & services to new & existing customers to achieve Company's objectives and strategy.

  • Manage daily activities of Direct Sales channel including supporting staffs to persuade & sell products & services;
  • Cooperate with the related departments to develop & execute new sales marketing strategies when required, develop new products / services as missions.
  • Planning / Budgeting

  • Propose & develop business plans & strategies to acquire new customers & maximize sales volume as part of overall sales strategy
  • Monitor action plan of direct sales channel to ensure reaching yearly targets plan.
  • Monitor budget within direct sales channel to ensure their operation is sufficient
  • Ensure direct sales team’s compliance with company’s policies & regulations
  • Daily activities

  • Manage daily activities of direct sales channel to persuade & sell company’s products & services to customers.
  • Ensure all staffs can understand customer’s needs as well as market’s trends to sell products & services sufficiently
  • Regularly follow up actual changes of market to propose appropriate solutions
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration; Economics or related area
  • At least 08 years’ experiences working in Consumer Finance, Banking, FMCG, Retail or related area
  • At least 06 years in managerial position
  • Deep understanding of banking products & services
  • Strong communication skill
  • Independent in work, customer focused & goal driven
  • Leadership skills
  • Analytical skill
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Fluent in Vietnamese & English
