KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work on delivering the app engagement content on Home Credit app and content that supports promoting the app.

Collaborate with MKT Content Lead, and Content Planner to ensure that the in-app engagement content meets the requirements for best experience, app engagements, and interactions while retaining our Home Credit brand voice.

Take the initiative, anticipate problems, and develop solutions and ensure content quality.

Brainstorm initiatives for users’ engagement & engagements.

Propose ideas to promote the app.

Proactively manage content delivery timeline.

Apply user insights and metrics to the content with guidance / direction from MKT Content Leader and Content Planner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

UX design and writing abilities.

Has an open mind and is willing to try new things.

Strong time & task management skills.

At least 1 year experience in Content Editing.

Experience in working with Creative team / Creative agencies.

Strong written English and Vietnamese is a must.

Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices.

Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Frequency in speaking English is a plus.
