Job Description

Accelerate the CRISP with :

1. CONTENT :

Ensure 100% implementation of eContent (Basic econtent, Advanced econtent) across eRetailer where product related information is displayed.

Align and communicate governance of eContent Development, the use of repository to host the content and the implementation on different online platforms.

2. RATING & REVIEW :

Win with WOM online via accelerate number of R&R per SKU

3. INSTOCK (when has auto dashboard to track)

Ensure the avalability of listed SKU, especially key SKU

4. SEARCH

Win Share of Shelf with Search to dominate search; primary way shoppers find out brands and products on-site

Measurements / Performance Indicators

  • Ensure CRISP Performance monthly
  • PurePlay & Click & Mortar has Basic / Advanced eContent.
  • Engagement on site
  • eCommerce User Experience

    Lead in 4C Framework to build brand online from top funnel (Awareness) to lower funnel (Conversion)

    Manage eCommerce event & campaign execution with campaign planning, materials design, scheme preparation, landing page implementation, tracking UX UI, DDay follow up and reporting

    Manage eCommerce media onsie & offsite (CPAS, non-CPAS, MKT Solution like Paid Search, Affiliate, Livestream,..) closely with Digital / CRM team to maximize the online sales opportunity and brand consideration.

    Lead eCommerce CRM execution by SIS followers acquisition, enagement (feed / IM Chat / Reply on R&R) and customer service to contribute to the increasing of sales conversion onsite.

    Lead new initiatives of ePartners

    1. CATCH

    No. of traffic / UV / ProductPageView)

    3. CLOSE (%CR, ABV)

    4. CAPTURE (Retargeting & CRM Onsite for repurchase)

  • Number of activity & report after campaign
  • Leadtime of preparation
  • Sales uplift in each campaign
  • Traffic, CPC, CTR, ROAS
  • Performance of each solution
  • Number of followers by SIS (Shopee / Lzd)
  • Engagement metrics (time on site, CS response time, )
  • Number of sampling delivered
  • Number of data get back
  • Performance of Mum Club (acquisition, conversion, visibility, )
  • Performance of UX in Brand membership
  • KAE : Desired Skills and Experience

    University graduated

    Min 1.5 years of experiences - prefer experiences in marketing of ecommerce (either brand internal or eCommerce platform)

    Fluency in English
